Do you also get overripe bananas at home from time to time that you don't know how to deal with? The family is folding their noses over them, and throwing them away would be a shame. We have ideas for you on how to use them.
Simple and quick is to make the family a sweet yummy in the morning. Squeeze the softened bananas with a fork, add eggs, oatmeal, coconut or nuts. The imagination is no limit. Make patts and bake on a flat. It'll be good.
2. Dried bananas
Carefully cut the bananas into wheels about 3 mm thick. If they're too soft, let them get in the fridge for a while. So that the bananas do not turn brown, drizzle them with lemon juice. Place the wheels in one layer on a scalloped baking sheet or wire for grilling and place in the oven preheated to 50 to 70°C. If you do not have a washer, you can put them on baking paper on a baking sheet. Leave the oven door ajar to better escape moisture.
Light and healthy is to mix bananas with cottage cheese, a little sugar and lemon juice. Those who like to indulge can exchange cottage cheese for cream. Then pour into the form and let freeze.
Mix the bananas into the classic pancake dough of milk, flour, a pinch of salt and eggs. Flavor with cinnamon and vanilla sugar and bake in a pan.
