Homemade gel for washing and softener: A liter works out to 5 crowns

If you're going to general cleaning this weekend, you might need a recipe for handmade washing gel. It is not only eco-friendly, but also incredibly cheap. It's just as easy to make a softener. Both will smell exactly as you like.

Washing is more than enough in a normal family. And what we're going to talk about, buying all sorts of detergents isn't exactly a cheap business. In addition, many of them contain a variety of ingredients that can not only irritate the skin, eyes and airways. Making your own gel will cost you a few crowns and will only take a moment. It's definitely worth a try.

Everything you need is easy to find in a classic drugstore or on the Internet. You need a core soap also known as deer, which costs around twenty. The second ingredient is powdered baking soda. A half-mile is worth about forty crowns. You only need 300 g, the rest will be for the next time. Then just 10 liters of water and a few drops of essential oil. The gel can smell of lavender, lemons and vanilce.

To make the gel you need:

200 g core soap (with deer) 
300g powdered baking soda
5 to 10 drops of popular essential oil
10 l water

1. Grate the soap on an old grater in detail and put in a plastic bubble, preferably with a lid.

2. Put boil the water and add to the pantdle to the soap first only a few pantographs. Mix well.
3. When the soap is dissolved, add the soda to the wash and mix well. Be careful when the water is too hot, the soda can go up.

4. Stirring constantly, drop a few drops of your favorite essential oil, then pour in the rest of the water.

5. Close the finished mixture, leave to stand for 24 hours and you are done.

Mix the gel properly before washing. Add 300 ml directly to the 5 kg full-fill washing machine. But get ready for it to work on normal soiling. With more soiling, you can increase the dose, but it's short on a sauky overall or a pair of skinny jeans.

Homemade softener

I used to have a nurse in the maternity ward advise me to put a little vinegar in the baby's laundry so it's nice and soft. It worked, and there was nothing to smell in the amount of water. Similarly, you can make a ratio of 1:1 with water softener, which, on the contrary, will smell. And that's the way you like it. Again, you have the opportunity to add, for example, the smell of lavender, citrus or eucalyptus.

*250ml water
*250ml vinegar
*10 drops of essential oil

Mix everything and put in a resealable bottle. Shake properly before use and add two tablespoons to the tray for normal washing.
