Looking for a tip for a nice trip? KovoZOO is a super experience for children and adults

Zoos are one of our frequent holiday and weekend destinations and something will not surprise us anymore. But this unusual zoo has edusted the whole family – small and large, ladies and gentlemen. KovoZOO in the Old Town is a great experience for lovers of animals and technical toy.

At the end of August he unexpectedly mixed up our holiday plans and instead of going to the sea we finally headed to Moravia, more precisely to Slovácko. I must say that a slight upset very quickly replaced a great deal of enthusiasm. It is clear – we did not come to the surroundings of Uherské Hradiště for the last time! And if you go there too, definitely stop at the edge of the Old Town in the unique KovoZOO.

You won't miss its grounds – it's attracted from a distance by a tall lighthouse in front of the entrance, which you can (if you have the strength left) with your children.Just behind the cash register begins a parade of various creatures, exotic and domestic, who have one thing in common – they are made of metal waste. Needless to say, look at the photos, some of the exhibits are finished works of art.

There are footbridges above the area, so you can also look at everything nicely from the top, and from the view point at the end you can watch the chirping on the next "schrome" – the kids also had a lot of fun 🙂

Finally, dads and all lovers of technology will enjoy – part of the exposition with cars, trams and other means of transport, including an aircraft, which you can scheming through.

In summary: great rating for us.Somewhere they mention a time consuming of 1.5 hours, we had fun there for almost three hours and we would have lasted even longer if we hadn't been waiting for a bike ride back. The family entrance fee was more than reasonable – in addition to the zoological, you can still enjoy the outdoor playground in front of the grounds, the view from the mentioned lighthouse and the pirate adventure on a huge wooden boat.

And one more tip: About 100 meters from the zoo towards the city, right on the main, you will find an inconspicuous green Pension Ego. There we had a great lunch in the garden under the trees, a midday meme for a hundred crowns. We haven't had a better tomato soup in a long time – the children have added several times from the bowl 🙂 And after eating, they played in the garden playground and "chatted" with the local sympathetic parrot, while we could drink coffee in peace. In high season, you'll also have ice cream.
