Spring is finally knocking on our door. I found the first flowers of snowdies in the garden, and that means the whole garden is about to bloom.
Snowdemers are not called messengers of spring in vain. They can mostly stick their tender heads through the snow, which was not the risk this year. Then add the bluish, after them more bulbs, so that eventually the whole garden blooms. Some might be fooling that spring bulbs don't bloom for a long time. But after the winter, even such small flowers that last only a few days are a big boost for me.
There are cakes out of work
Snowdy is one of the most durable garden bulbs. He loves damp places under bushes. Basically, we don't care about her at all, and she surprises us every morning on the lawn in more and more numbers. Just the perfect flower for lazy gardeners. This is because it self-emules and grows in width. Even after she's flowering, we don't have to take care of her. It just yellows and the leaves run out. The onion is reased and there is no memory of the flower on the lawn for most of the year. Feel free to mow the grass over her head all season and she won't get hurt.
Our tip – If you want to have even more flowers next year and in more places, divide the cyms after flowering. Plant them in the garden somewhere similar conditions. Carefully dig out a piece of the edging with a garden scoop at a sufficient depth so that you do not break the onions. The outer snowdies in the cluster are the youngest. Then plant to the same depth.
