May weather is playing with us, so it is not a good idea to go to an event that is under the roof. I went to Fata Morgan's greenhouse for butterflies. I made it to the biggest one in the world. It's really "macek".
We often go to the Prague Botanical Garden in Troy during the year, mainly for walks. But nothing compares to local exhibitions, especially the butterfly one. We were there yesterday and the experience is incredible. I was afraid there wouldn't be any more butterflies, but the opposite is true. The exhibition runs until 10 May and from the pupae brought from England butterflies are born continuously. The exhibition is very nice, but as always I was quite unpleasantly surprised by the indiscipline of the visitors. In many places it is visibly, and not only in Czech, written that butterflies must not be toached. But Russian visitors behave as always. So, with gusto, the butterflies perched on the ledge at the perimeter wall of the greenhouse shriped variously to open their wings. The highlight was when they urgently needed to swipe the butterfly wings. They were not deterended by the warnings in their native language. So, for a possible visit, be patient and don't let anyone ruin your great experience.
