It's hard to say what her charm is, but over this soup full of unpopular vegetables, children never protest.

What we need:
4-5 carrots, 4-celery, 1 smaller onion, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon ground cumin, vegetable broth, spoonful of butter, salt, sour cream or thicker yogurt to garnish
How
to do it:
1.
We chop the onion in a small way and let it glaze in butter. Add the chopped celery and sliced garlic clove to the pieces and saute together. Be careful not to turn the garlic too brown and bitter

.2. Toss the sautéed vegetables with a tablespoon of ground cumin and, stirring constantly, let it smell nicely on low heat. Do not underestimate this stage – if you just put cumin in the water later, you will not get the best out of it.3
. After about a minute, pour 3/4 to 1 liter of vegetable broth and pour the carrots cut into wheels. Salt and cook for about 25 minutes.
4. Turn off the soup, leave to cool slightly, then mix it with a submersible blender. Season, and if it is too dense, lightly season. We serve decorated with a scoop of cream or cream yogurt. It
is the cream decorating that draws the children to the plate – just draw a cheerful face, sun or flower on the soup and they will not break away from the table. Great fun is also letting the kids create their own picture.
We have tried: If you do not have a homemade vegetable broth at hand and use a "kostka", for example, because of young children, you can only water the base. With quality vegetables, the soup will also taste great – we recommend just adding more carrots.
