Plant your watercress and make herb butter out of it

Vitamínová bomba - návod na pěstování řeřichy

Vitaminovou bombu řeřichu si snadno vypěstujete doma za oknem.

Even if you're not a big grower, you can still have fresh herbs on the window within a week. Try the watercress, which will be great for spreads, salads and just for pastries with butter.

There's no man in the world who can't grow watercress. Watercress is an herb that you will not only not conquer, but you will also harvest it continuously. It has a fresh, slightly pungent taste and, in addition, a high content of vitamin C.

How to sused it

It's simple. I'm not going to put it on a flat bowl where I'm going to spread pulpy cotton wool or even a plain wet paper towel. I sprinkle the seeds and put in a warm and bright place. I've already seen one on the windowsill above the radiator. Another option is to put the seeds on a thin layer of substrate and water well, but this is too laborious and dirty for me. I'll harvest in a week, and so will you. Just remember that you need to cut herbs with a long stem. Then you can use it to taste. For example, I add it to my favorite herb butter. If I cut one dose of watercress, I'll suage a new one. In the winter months it is like that every two to three weeks.
