Recipe for homemade fruit touts

Children can't imagine a summer without a refreshing stick-stick. If you want to save your wallet and make sure your kids are eating healthily, prepare a proper supply of homemade fruit pymms. It'll only take you a few minutes, and the result is great!

You can use virtually any excess fruit on them, use even forgotten yogurts from the refrigerator (of course with a valid shelf life) or freeze under-finished juices. There is simply nothing like having permanently filled ice cream moulds in the freezer 🙂

Straw

berry pddling Our t
i

p: Taking the pygmy out of the mould is usually a problem. A little trick works great for this – dip the mold in hot water for a few seconds (not to the brim, of course!

). One of the biggest hits back home. They have an irresistible taste and color and you can easily prepare attractive multicolored pieces.

Need:
washed
off strawberries
icing sugar
to taste a couple of tablespoons of cream yogurt
can be even a few tablespoons of cream
a few drops of lemon juice (here we put in all the naming to accentuate the taste)

How to do it: Simply mix strawberries with sugar (sweete to your taste, we don't overestimate it) and you can already pour this classic marrow straight into the molds. But we usually also make a yogurt or cream variant – we add a little thick cream yogurt or a few tablespoons of cream to the marrow.
Our tip: Even the 'halved' naming bits look beautiful – first pour only the strawberry marrow into the middle of the mold and leave to solidify in the freezer for about an hour. Then pour in the cream or yogurt mixture and freeze. If you pour the mixtures right after each other, they blend into each other, and the color contrast will not be as pronounced (as in our picture). But sometimes there's just no time to waste… 🙂

I only have a set of moulds for six tbuffs, and most of the time I get over it and i'm left with a sumack mixture. And so I started using silicone lollipops. I take out the ready-made butts and keep them in a freezer stacked in a food box. They look very cute and are popular with children 'mini canapés'.

Watermelon smoles
Love melons and in summer you will always find one with us. But it's often the case that there's an uneate piece left that's already done. It was only recently that I discovered that it could be made with great ice cream or pymms – and the cost of production is actually almost zero.

Need:
about 0
.5 kilos of watermelon
half a cup of cream
3 tablespoons sugar
juice of 1/2 lemon or lime

How to do it: The biggest problem is getting rid of a watermelon with lots of seeds, so you can buy a safe melon in advance – it is a little more expensive, but now in the season its price can survive. Hollow out the melon pulp, mix thoroughly – do not be scared, you will basically get juice. Add sugar, cream and lemon juice, which in the case of watermelon pygmy do not save.
Our tip: Children like the yellow variant of watermelons. Safety can now be bought for about 15 CZK/kg and looks beautiful next to the red little brother cut on a plate, but also mixed in two-color couers.

Apricot curd namingThis ye
ar we also tried a homemade version of cottage cheese 'Misha', which my daughter likes. Basic knowledge – with these plinths turn a blind eye and add sugar really enough, apricots tend to be acidic.Need:
cut into
pieces fresh apricots or apricot broth
1 smock curd (not wrapped in paper, it's too stiff)
sugar semolina to taste
1 vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup cream for softening
As a bonus: small pieces of chocolate

How to do it: Mix apricots with vanilla sugar and semolina, mix lemon juice and cream, and in the end you can add a few pieces of crushed chocolate as a surprise (so that children are not so sorry that they do not have chocolate frosting). Fill the molds with the mixture.
