At first, we thought it was a great idea to throw ourselves into making swallows from sparking beads together with children. In the end, it turned out to be a rather challenging test of patience for adults, but the result is a reward for all the 'suffering'.
What we need:B
eads that can be sparked (we used those from Ikea), paper for ironing (e.g. baking), stencils for beads, or remnants of self-adhesive wallpaper.

to do it:
12Po then we proceeded classically. We carefully ironed the finished flakes through baking paper – the beads are warmly combined together. You can still spray the ends of the swallows with silver spray, but we are rooting for pure white.
