You need : ceramic pots( preferably new or well washed), lace ( can be cut from old chate or lace bordura from haberdashery), glue, scissors, brush
How 
1. Paint a pot with glue. It is best to use universal glue, which after drying will make it transparent.
2. Attach the lace, squeeze well, smooth and paint the top again with glue.
3. Leave to dry well, then plant the pots.
