In winter, my little daughter's atopic eczema worsens. Anyone who has experience with it knows how to torment. And how expensive each piece of advice is – and individual. What helps one doesn't work for the other. Therefore, we bring this "home" cream as a tip that worked for us, not as a miraculous almighty remedy.

More than the recommended branded products from the pharmacy, the daughter was always occupied by dusty blue indulona. And homemade hemp ointment, made in the base of a lot of grease. We made do with that. But last winter, eczema worsened a lot and spread to new places. Wrists, backs of hands, elbow socket – for ugly deposits the usual lubrication stopped working, the skin was still dry, cracks appeared, the small one woke up at night itching. In the end, we had to treat the worst with corticosteroid ointment.

We were looking for something effective to further maintain the skin. My grandmother's cannabis ointment came to me, so I searched the websites and discussions for another replacement. And since it worked for us "the simpler the better", I was intrigued by this mixed cream. And I have to say, it works well for both the baby and my extremely dry skin. The next crisis period – autumn – is here, so I'm going to do a new dose.Fo

r cream you need:

3

0 krem_na_ekzem1g calcium pantothenicum
30 g ointment with vitamin E (I had 5%)
30 g
Infadolan ointment

(they are common, freely available ointments, you can get in any pharmacy, in total you will come out around 150 CZK)

Prepare a suitable clean (really pay attention to this) cup and put all three ointments in a ratio of 1:1:1. Mix thoroughly with the sling of the ingredients. When using, also collect the cream from the cup with a nice hygienic snail. The cream has a pleasant lighter consistency. He calmed his hands nicely, he lubricated the dry bearings well, but at the same time it seemed to me that he did not unnecessarily burden them. There's a little girl with no eczema symptoms all summer, so I used the rest of the ointment to treat my feet, understand the dry heels – and that's where he worked great.:-)

When using the cream for the first time, be careful and test it for what it will do on a small face of skin – simply a rule that applies to any preparations you apply to yourself or your baby. And I'm holding my fists so he can help you as much as he does on our little one's hands.
