How to do it:
1.According to the video procedure, we cut the apple in two with an oblique cut. We'll put two nucleoli aside, we'll need them later.2.We put part of the apple with the bogeyman on the work surface with a cut, and from both sides we attach cutlery knives to it, which will help us regulate the depth of cut. Thanks to them, we will not spoil our work by cut the apple.
3. From both sides of the bogeyman we make a rectangular cut (vertical cut we lead as far as the auxiliary knives allow us, we make a horizontal cut along the auxiliary knives). Let's make a swan's body.
4. From each obtained cut, according to the video, in a similar way, we gradually cut out four parts, from which we make the wings of the swan.
5. In the upper part of the body we make a cutout for the location of the head. Cut the other half of the apple (from the stem) again using cutlery knives into slices. Cut the head of a swan out of one. We squeeze into it from both sides of the nucleoli like eyes and settle her body.
6.We carefully spray the finished work with lemon juice in a spray, so that the beautiful swan does not turn brown.
