1. Roll out the p leaf dough on a thicker plate. Divide into equal squares and continue slicing according to the video instructions. Finally, do not forget to ping the bottom of each scone with a fork.

2. Then place each portion of the prepared dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper with a tablespoon of sugar. Fill with thin apple slices folded into fans and fill with sugar. On top, put on small pieces of sliced butter.

3. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 30 minutes. During baking, the apples are beautifully covered with caramel.

4. Serve filled with whipped cream or a scoop of sour cream.
