Recipe for homemade jam from oranges and mandarins

1/2 kg oranges
*1/2 kg mandarins
* 1 kg sugar crystal

How to do it

Peel the oranges and tangerines well and remove the blanks. Cut them into small pieces and put in a saucepan. Add the sugar and, stirring constantly, cook over low heat for about 30 minutes until the mixture thickens. Pour the hot jam into smaller well-washed glasses. Cover and stand upside down for five minutes, then turn around and leave to cool.

*2 red peppers
*2 tomatoes
* 2 chopped onions
* 3 garlic cloves
* salt, freshly ground black pepper
* tbsp fruit vinegar
* 2 tablespoons olive oil

How to do it

Clean the peppers, remove the kernels and peel. Peel the tomatoes, too. Then cut the vegetables into small pieces and put in a food processor. Cut the onions finely, fry in oil, you will come sliced garlic and spices. Add the mixture to the robot, flavor with vinegar and let the robot process to the correct density. Put the finished chutney in a clean glass and well. In a cool place in a well-closed glass, it lasts for two months.

300g pears
300g apples
1-2 cups tangerines or oranges
1 lemon
400g semolina sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon, 3 cloves, 1 star anise
150ml rum (you can skip)

How to do it: 

Prepare a deep baking dish with a lid and preheat the oven to 210 °C. Cut the apples and pears into small cubes (do not peel), peel the tangerine or orange, divide them into pieces, then you can still cut them in half.

Pour all the fruit into a baking dish, pour in the sugar, add the spices and peeled sliced lemon or just squeeze the juice out of it. Mix properly, cover the baking dish with a lid or wrap and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Then uncover it and leave to bake for another 15 minutes. Otherwise, do not worry about the fruit, just mix it about 3 times during baking.

Stir the rum into the hot fruit mixture and fill it into pre-sterilized tiny candies – weepers from starter baby food, or from pasta or pesto are great. Close the filled glasses carefully and turn upside down for 20 minutes. The tea prepared in this way will last all winter, it is recommended to keep it cool and dark.

Serving: Put 3 teaspoons of fruit mixture in a mug and pour hot water, leave to inote for a while. Then you can either overestimate the tea or serve it with fruit. Store the started glass in the fridge and use as quickly as possible.

Our tip: Mix the fruit for the preparation of baked tea according to your own taste, you can also consume frozen supplies. Also, tune the spice mixture to your own. But keep the amount of fruit (about 1 kg) and sugar per dose and do not forget about the lemon!

Nutella liqueur

30 dkg Nutella
1.5 dl vodka
4 dl coffee cream (durable, preferably in glass packaging, liquid consistency is important)
2 tsp gingerbread spices

How to do it:

The preparation of this goodness has a very simple procedure.In a steam bath, allow Nutella to warm up until liquid. Remove from the stove, add the spices, cream and vodka and mix thoroughly with whisks. Pour the finished liqueur into a bottle, store in the refrigerator and leave to rest for at least a day.
Shake the bottle properly before serving.
