Simple apricot bubbly

You also have apricot teed with berries and you don't know what to do with them? Well, you'll need our great, years-old recipe for delicious bublanin.

Need
5 eggs

100g curk crystal
130g semi-flour
30g butter
600g apricots

How to do it
Wipe the egg yolks with the sugar into the foam and add the seep flour. From the egg whites whisk the stiff snow and add to the mixture along with lukewarm butter. Carefully mix to keep the snow stiff and pour on a baking sheet. Just erase the ordinary and sprinkle with coarse flour or breadcrumbs, or lay it out with baking paper. Spread the dough evenly and put halves of apricots on it. Bake at 180°C pink.
Our tip – You can make Bublanin with any kind of fruit.
