How to make
1. Pompoms on a circl
e1. You cut out from the hard two circles of the desired size. You put them on and wrap them around the yarn. Then cut the yarn on the upper edge, slightly open the circles apart, and tie a piece of pompom yarn between them in the middle so that it does not fall apart.2. Do not trim the binding yarn in either method of manufacture, it will be useful for tying pompoms together.
