DSC_9847-OK DSC_9852-okThey're not wrong, they're not hooking, there's no need for glue… Feel free to go with the kids to make cute caps from the remnants of wool, it is not difficult and they will definitely have fun doing so. You can decorate the Christmas tree with ready-made balls or 'dress them' with decorative figurines.

What we need:

remnants of colored wave
paper rolls from kitchen towels or toilet paper
sciss
ors, perořízek

How

to do it:

DSC_9813-ok

Cut or cut the roll from toilet paper into 5 equal parts, the roll from tea towels to pieces about 1.5-2 cm wide. We cut the wool into pieces approximately 25 centimeters long. Try, it depends on the width of the handle – wider rantlík, longer wool and vice versa.

Procedure

We'll fold the wool in half. We put over the handle – where we have an eyelet, there will be the top of the cap. We weave the ends of the wool through the inside of the handle with an eye and tighten. The eyelet sits on the edge of the handle, the ends of the wave point upwards.

Tip: If you guide the eyelet through the inside of the handle and stretch the ends of the wool from above, a plastic notch will be made on the edge (see e.g. orange cap). You can also speed up your work and stretch 2-3 ripples at once.

procedure2

This is how we proceed all over the place. We tie the ends of the wool at the top so that we form a cap with a tassel. We can easily cut the tassel into the shape of a pompom, If we want to use the cap as a Christmas decoration, we will tie an eyelet to it to hang.

You can put beads on pieces of wool before stretching, etc. and make a more decorative variant.

You can use the finished balls as ornaments for the Christmas tree, twig arrangement arrangement or for the Christmas wreath. It also looks amazing for decorative figures such as snowmen, and as we tried, they can be perfectly used as part of the ski equipment for Barbie dolls 🙂
