From honey, oil, lemon juice and pouch, whisk the dressing and give to cool.

2. Wash the beans and briefly burn in salted water for about 2-3 minutes, leave to drip and cool.

3. Rinse the arugula, halve the sautéed kaki and cut it into thinner slices. Mix with beans, add slices of prosciutto and season with dressing.
