Do you also like the smell of freshly baked bread? Don't you want to give forty crowns at the farmers' market for a small loaf of greasy? Then try to bake a homemade loaf with a crispy crust according to a super simple recipe. You don't need a bakery or a mold to do that.

I've been preparing for baking homemade bread for a long time, but I still couldn't find the right recipe. Until I discovered this one and the result was great. It's ready quickly, it tastes good for the whole family, so we bake it at home regularly. And if I can buy or make greaves, we'll add them. That's good. Olives, fried onions and various seeds can be added to taste anyway.

You need – 500 g of plain flour, 300 ml of milk, 1 cube of yeast (42 g), salt, cumin, sugar

Put a teaspoon of sugar, lukewarm milk and yeast in a pint cup or bowl to make the mustache. Leave in a warm place to rest and work. He's about to run all the way to the edge.

2. Put flour, a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of cumin in a bowl. Mix and add the muste. Work the dough nicely by hand and, if necessary, add olives, greaves, or other ingredients.

3.Leave the well-processed dough to rest in a warm place for an hour, such as heating. Sprinkle it with flour.

4. After an hour, roll the dough again. You can put it in shape, but I'm making a loaf that I'm going to put right on the baking sheet. You can cut it into a cross on top.

5. Bake for about an hour to an hour and a half at 180 °C. Sometimes you rub it with water. Add a glass of water to the baking sheet.

6. You can tell the finished bread by knocking on the bottom.

7. Leave the bread to cool best on the grid so that it ventilates and does not get wet from below.
