Procedure:

You can not do without a smaller pot, a glass, a measuring cup and a seed, a teaspoon.

1. Pour a glass of milk into a saucepan. Put it on the stove, the fire must be very mild. Measure 3/4 teaspoon of ground turmeric and put in milk. Then measure about 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper. Put it in the pot, though. Mix. Add a piece of whole cinnamon or about 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the warmed milk if you don't have the whole one at home. Next, a few whole seeds of cardamom or 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom. Then pour a little coconut oil on the spoon – it should not be more than about 3/4 teaspoon. Mix again.

2. Now you can bring the milk in the pot to a boil – be careful not to have it at home as in the fairy tale Mug, boil! Turn down the flame and let the milk simmer for a few minutes.
