Do you have a favorite corner bench at home where the whole family sit while eating, but its cover has been through its best years? Then pull it over and it'll be like new.
The corner bench is a blessing in the kitchen. At least in ours. It can fit a lot more people than individual chairs. So when friends come to the kids, they can all be at the table. Plus, it's got ingenious storage spaces that there's always something to put in. So the moment the cover was spring and leaky, I started thinking about how to fix it. I decided to pull it again.
The basis of everything is coating material. There are fewer and fewer stores with it, and the prices of the cover meter are astronomical. It paid off for me to browse the Aukra, where there were remnants of solid and durable artificial cut skins up for a few bucks. In addition, they were in different colors that could be combined. In our hardware store I bought a staple gun, which even with the filling came out to 180 crowns. Then I can use it, for example, for coating chairs or making boards and pictures. In total, we gave about four hundred for the material.
Need: Up cover, staple gun, ruler, scissors, screwdriver
How to d Sp
1.First, you need to disassemble the bench and measure how large pieces you will need to coating each piece. The overlap should be on all sides about ten to fifteen centimeters.
2.Cut out the right large pieces to coating. The easiest way is to leave the existing cover and put a new one on it. If you delete the original, you run the risk of being padded and no longer re-in the bench.
3.Charge the gun and start attaching the fabric. Watch out, it's got to be very springed so you don't get fakes on your seats.
4.When all the pieces are newly coated, reassemble the bench.
