What we need:
Scissors, glue on paper, a piece of cardboard, white paper (it is enough ordinary office, if you use a softer type, the twisted string will have a finer structure)

1 On the cardboard we pre-draw a heart template and cut it out. We cut the paper into about 1cm strips, we can glue several of them together in a long tape. Twist the paper strips into a string.
2 We gradually rub the stencils with glue on both sides and begin to rotate the paper cord. We put it tightly next to each other without gaps and proceed along the entire perimeter of the template. We glue the end properly or put it under the cords.
