The homemade mole cake is fantastic! And you can make him a princess.

According to our recipe, you can make your favorite mole cake even without a box from the store. And it doesn't always look like just a pile.

This September was hectic, so I needed something really quick for my daughter's third birthday party. Mole's cake never disappoints and the kids love it, but what we will talk about is just a little girly :-))). In the "baking" group on Facebook, I was intrigued by the cakes-princesses in which the doll stands. And then an idea was born – I can't do with coatings (yet) and daughters don't have to, so the princess will be a "mole". That was a challenge! Wonder world, everything froze, everything held, and the joy of the daughter was immense.

Recipe for homemade mole cake
So if you do not want to simplify it and buy the finished blank in a box, make a mole cake from the ground up yourself, it is nothing difficult.Need: 

ON THE CORPUS:
Try
a light custard dough, which is from "mole in a box" to indistinguishable. Follow our recipe for homemade mole cake without flour.Or you can bake the usual fluuched corpus you're used to. He's going to make it, too.

FOR FILLING:

1 gelatinous harder (for me a safer option than gelatin, which sometimes annoys me with lumps)

According to the instructions in the link above, prepare the dough on the corpus, pour it into a greased cake mold and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes.
2. In the meantime, you can prepare a doll. At first I decorated her dress with gold confectionery decorations to match the rest of the cake, I made it into an anusor (glued with a melting gun). Then I carefully wrapped the doll up to the waist in a food foil.

3. Let the baked corpus cool down and proceed classically as with a mole – goug the inside, bottom and leave a thick enough layer around the perimeter. Finely fragment the gouth of the gouth. Then stack the halved bananas lengthwise at the bottom of the corpus.
(Unfortunately, I completely forgot about them under stress! They stayed on the line, but as a result it didn't matter.)

4.Whisk the chilled cream until thick. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add pieces of chocolate (not necessary). Prepare the gelatinous thickener according to the instructions on the wrapper and mix with cottage cheese cream.Add the whipped cream.

5. And then start buying the filling/cream like you're building a volcano. Do not be afraid to make a total "slender" cone, let the dress have a nice shape.
I was asked if it was going to collapse, but the harder worked really well. Another hard moment came when I inserted a doll into the middle of the cone – her waist was much higher than the top of the cone. She just had too long legs and I didn't have enough filling! I was tempted to remove my legs completely, but luckily I didn't. In the end, it was enough to "sit the doll down" a little, narrow the cream cone even more and add more to the mass. She was still a great holder.6. Before proceeding with the finishes and decorating, carefully transfer the blank for a couple of hours to the refrigerator so that it solidified properly and the doll does not jump. Then work out like a classic "mole" – slap the fragmented corpus nicely around on the filling.
To make the dress more ornate, I planted them with sugar beads, it is enough to lightly push them into the cream. I tweaked it with a wide ribbon at the waist, but it was an immediate last-minute idea, so I had to take gratitude for what I found at home. I'm sure we could win better.Photo: Jaksiudelat.cz
