You also went out into the woods this weekend, wondering what to do with the mushrooms you've collected? Try a great recipe for meatballs, which can be enjoyed by celiatic and dietitians. You will not be in it a kilo of breadcrumbs and you will not fry, but bake in the oven. If you're adused by the recipe, you can make it out of frozen mushrooms.
Need
40 dkg mushrooms
20 dkg oatmeal
salt, garlic, pepper, marjom
parsley, marjom
2 eggs, cornflor
How to do this
Cut the onions finely and fry in oil and add the chopped mushrooms and a little chopped parsley. Dust gently, or pour water to finally leave you with juice. Put the oatmeal on the mushrooms and leave to swell for twenty minutes. Pour out the excess water and add the eggs, garlic, marjom, salt and pepper to taste. When the dough is thinr, you can add even more flakes, which you let swell for a while or a little cornflor. Work out the dough and make meatballs that you can envelop in cornflor and then put them on a baking sheet. Rub them with a little oil with a bow. Bake in the oven heated to 200 °C for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn them halfway. They are great with mashed, mashed or boiled potatoes and salad. The advantage is that flakes are not smelled at all in food, everything tastes of mushrooms.
Our tip – If you don't want to slap meatballs, you can put the finished mixture on baking paper or silicone mold and bake it whole.
