I love it when the decorations at home are handmade. You don't even have to have children to make animals at home.
In my creation, I'm going to have the most fun at Easter. This time I started making a pig. Originally it was cut on the egg cap so that it does not get cold on the stand on the table. But I liked it as a decoration that stands nicely on the window or on the shelf. And for my loved ones, I'm going to stuff it with a chocolate egg. The final size is 8 x 7 cm.
You need- remnants of fabric, sewing machine, pencil

1.Cut out a paper template according to our pattern and transfer it to the fabric.
2. Cut out the body twice and the ears 4 times.
3. Sew two and two ears from the back and turn on the cheek.
4. Mark your eyes, mouth and snippet on the front of your body with a pencil. Set the entl stitch on the machine with as little spacing as possible. Slowly sew all the lines according to the drawing.
5. On the back in the same way, sew the tail.
6. Pin the body from the back, add ears and sew. Finally, hem the bottom. Turn the pig to the cheek and attach the ears so that it is folded.
Our tip – This simple decoration takes many forms, so next time I will show you how to make a chick and a bunny, even with a template.
