If watermelon goes well, it's great. Sweet, juicy and low-calorie. Ideal raw material for goodies suitable for cooling for small and large. We have four super fast and simple recipes for you that will come in handy in the heat.
Melon stutter
Cut the watermelon, remove the nucleoli and cut the pulp into cubes. If you don't mind the cores, you can leave them there. Put the watermelon and ice in the blender, and if you think the mixture is too thick, add a little water. Season to taste with sugar (not needed for sweet melon), a little fresh lemon or lime juice. Pour into glasses and decorate with a mint dream. For adults for the evening, you can add vodka.
Our tip
If you freeze the melon, you'll have great watermelon ice cream. When you mix the frozen mixture, it splinters.
Stars for children
Cut the watermelon into slices, get rid of the nucleoli. Use the Christmas candy cut-out to create stars or other shapes. Allow to cool and serve with other chilled fruit as a snack.
From the pulp with a spoon or form, peddle the balls. Put in a bowl and leave to cool or freeze. You can drizzle the chilled with a little sherry or rum. Frozen are great for sucking like ice cream. They can be toused with a few drops of fresh lime juice.
