Brilliantly simple iced coffee in a minute

Do you also like iced coffee in the summer, maybe even better ice cream? We have a brilliantly simple recipe for conjuring it up in a minute without expensive gadgets.

Recently, I was laughed at by a friend who was with my mother in a renowned Prague café in Smíchov. My mother wanted iced coffee. The stone-faced waitress replied that she could only make a warm one because the ice machine wasn't working. Asked if she could put ice cubes in the warm, she replied that it would not work. With our recipe, you are definitely not in danger of such a trap, because you do not need any device to prepare an ice-cold food.Its preparation is really simple and fast, so we enjoy iced coffee quite often in our home. Try it too.

For one tall glass you need: 4 ice cubes, two teaspoons of good soluble coffee, 100 ml of milk (I give whole), 150 ml of water, a sheik (but in the cottage I do calmly in a larger jar with a screw cap)

I put all the ingredients in a check or glass, close well and shake it a few times. This simple, without all the stirrers and beaters, you manage to create an incredibly high foam. Then I pour into a glass and add a straw. If you like the ice cream version, you can put it in a glass and pour coffee on it. If I want to show off before the visit, I decorate the top of the coffee with whipped cream and sprinkle with cocoa or grated nuts.

Our tip: You can adjust the ratio of coffee, water and milk to your taste. Instead of ordinary coffee, you can also add, for example, coffee with flavor. There's a nutty one in our country.
