Let lovers of Italian delicacies beat me to the ground with cooking hats, for a bunch of children I will not make tiramisu from mascarpone. I have a cheaper option and I do not hesitate to use it.

They say that czechs want to cheat everything so that they have a lot of music for little money. They say we're masters of substitutes. I'm not a fan of chicken cuticle cooking, but if I'm going to do some for a bunch of kids, I'm not going to bleed to death on it financially. So when I discovered a cheaper version of tiramisu, I took a risk. I tested the result for both children and adults. Everyone was happy and wanted another batch, I would change my mind about expensive cheese, but i'll give it to them like this. I follow the motto of my favorite hero from the immortal film The Chief, flee: "Taste difference slight, affordable."

1.
In a bowl, whisk the butter, cottage cheese, grass and sour cream. Add the vanilla sugars and sweeten with icing sugar as needed.

2. Brew a large cup of strong soluble coffee and leave to cool. Or just make it cold.

3. Soak the sponge cakes in coffee and put in a bowl or glass. Cover the bottom and put a layer of cream. Then again put a layer of soaked sponge cakes. In the adult version, you can make sponge cakes with alcohol.

4. Sprinkle the last cream layer with cocoa and put the tiramisu cool in the fridge, preferably overnight, so that the cream and sponge cakes come together. Cut out individual portions from large bowls, serve the glasses straight away.

Our tip: After a few attempts, I'm already making tiramisu just for drinks. When I cut a bigger piece, the kids always had a fight about whose piece was bigger. This way the portions are the same size and it's quiet. 🙂
