praline-386658_1280-okAs a rule, they disappear from the tray with candy as quickly as possible, everyone licks after them, and you do not have to admit that they are actually absolutely, but absolutely simple! Here's a recipe for homemade "rafaelo" balls, perfect unbaked candy.Fo

r "rafaelo" balls we need:

1 swe

etened condensed milk
(try ho
memade 'salko' according to our recipe HERE)

250 g coconut (for dough + for wrapping)
p
eeled almonds (if we have paddy, first we burn them with boiling water and peel them)
or 1-2 vanilla sugars

How

to do it:

Add vanilla sugar to approximately 200 g of coconut and mix with condensed milk. We will create a denser mass from which we shape the balls. It sticks to your hands – but that's just the tax on this goodness. It's easier to work if we put the mass in the fridge for 30 minutes. In the middle of the ball we squeeze the almond, re-ball and wrap in coconut. Our tip: Shaping balls will make it easier when we add grated cake wafers or ripple cookies. Coconut mass won't be so sticky."Rafaelo" balls taste best fresh, after a long time they tend to harden, so we will keep their preparation literally at the last minute. They are done in one or two, so when it is the worst, you can do them even on Christmas Morning 🙂
