Two proven recipes for delicious doughnuts

You need 12 pieces
250g semi-flour
250g cottage cheese
2 eggs
baking powder
a tablespoon of rum and a pinch of salt
glass of milk

How to do it
Mix the seed flour with baking powder, add cottage cheese, suture flour with baking powder and add cottage cheese, eggs, rum, a pinch of salt and milk as needed. Process the dough and with a large spoon cut out with a spoon of loaf. Fry them until golden brown in oil. Excess oil will take a napkin. Then you can fill them to taste with jam or chocolate and sprinkle with sugar.

You need 30 pieces
60g semolina sugar
1/2 kg semi-flour
cube of fresh yeast
1/4 l 250ml lukewarm milk
40g butter
2 tablespoons rum
4 egg yolks
pinch of salt

How to do it
In a bowl, mix lukewarm milk, a little sugar and crumbled yeast and let the muste come out in a warm place. Wipe the butter with the remaining sugar, add one yolk at a time to the foam. Add the muste, flour, salt, rum and the rest of the milk and make the dough. Place the bowl in a warm place for 40 to 50 minutes to sing. Then roll the dough on a thick plate and cut out the wheels with a mug. Between the two, put a little jam, squeeze the edges together and shape the dome. Leave to grow for another 20 minutes and fry until golden brown in oil. Ready again put on a paper napkin. Still warm roll out in sugar.

Our tip – Donuts can also be doused with chocolate or white icing along the lines of American donuts and sprinkled with colorful decorating.
