1.
From cottage cheese, sour cream and vanilla sugar, mix a thick mixture. With cream carefully, the resulting cream should not be liquid.
2. Lay out the cake mold with baking paper. In order to shape well, first mute it and soften it. Then put the first layer of sponge cakes, and do it flat side to the bottom. Because you turn the finished corpus, it will eventually be the side of the top and must be straight.
3. On the layer of sponge cakes put a thick cottage cheese mixture, and then a mixture of sponge cakes. Think in advance that you will cut hearts out of the corpus, so it should not be too high. In the middle, instead of cottage cheese, you can put jam between the sponge layers. Ends with a layer of sponge cakes.
4. Put the mold in the fridge overnight. Sponge cakes are sucked and combined with cottage cheese cream. In the morning, you'll have a corpus all the time, like the one that's baked.
5. Open the mold and tip the corpus over the plate so that the top side is from a nicely flat bottom. Carefully cut out the hearts. You can decorate them with colorful edible decorating. Another option is to icing them with melted chocolate or some frosting. The imagination is no limit.
