As soon as brown spots appear on bananas, they no longer attract anyone. But you don't have to throw them away. They're just perfectly ripe for this baked goodness – muffins that kids beat to the face.
Our
ip: On all muffins, the quick preparation of dough is magical. Mix separately liquid and particularly dry ingredients. But mix them only lightly with a spoon, no thorough whipping! Muffins wouldn't run out after that.4
100g butter, melted
2 eggs
1 vanilla sugar
3-4 heas of white yoghurt
270g plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
125g semolina sugar
3/4 cup nuts
pieces of chocolate in quantities to taste Ho
1.Melt the butter carefully and allow to cool. Crush the peeled bananas and stir in the melted butter, yogurt and eggs.
2.Sieek the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a second bowl. We add to the banana mixture and combine quickly.
3.Finally, roughly chop or grate the nuts and add them to the dough together with the chocolate.
4.Put the dough in moulds or muffin baskets (we fill them max up to 2/3) and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for approximately 25-30 minutes.
