Barbecue doesn't have to be all about a proper steak. Vegetarians can try this great vegetable burger!
Need:
an of chickpeas, cast and rinsed1 c
2 cups fresh spinach
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tablespoon dried garlic
1 tsp dill
How
to do it:
1. Put all the ingredients in the bowl of an electric mixer. Start mixing them slowly and gradually increase the speed of rotation.

2. From the finished mixture, shape 9 pates.Spray the plate of package with cooking-friendly olive oil and spread the pates on it.
3. Roast on the grill from each side for about 7 minutes. They should lightly catch the color and be soft as a hamburger. At the same time, you can grill a couple of thicker slices of avocado as a garnish.

4. Put a slice of salad or kale on a burger bun, a vegetarian burger, striped red onions and grilled avocado, and lightly flavor with yellow mustard.
