We're not a big fan of unpečeed balls at home, but this goodness is different. Honeyballs have become a star among us this year. The dough has to go to the oven, but otherwise you will not find anything complicated in the recipe.I came across the recipe by accident in a Facebook group.I don't try recipes from the net very often (I hate the disappointment of the result), but I like the classic honeydyle and there hasn't been anything round in our candy box yet, so I decided to test the balls. The result exceeded expectations, so I continue to share the recipe with a

calm conscience 🙂

For honeyball

s you need:For dough:
500g plain flour
200g icing sugar
4 tablespoons honey
2 eggs
60g melted butter
2 tsp baking
soda

For the cream:
1
whole butter
1 cara
mel salko (if you can't get caramel condensed milk ready, you can make it from ordinary ones by cooking it long)

How

to do it:

1. From all raw materials we will make dough. I have read in several discussions that it can not be done and you need to add a little milk to hold it together. It is not necessary, although I worked manually for a little longer, but it succeeded even without milk.

2.We do not let it rest and roll the pancake straight out of the dough. I divided the dough into two parts and each pancake was on one baking sheet. The shape of the pancake does not matter at all (you will still break it), so an irregular cone does not have to bother you at all.
Again – someone complained that the dough sticks and does not roll out. All it took was a loaf to roll over the food foil, and there was no problem at all.

4.Let the baked dough cool, then break it into larger pieces and run through with a blender or grinder. Who does not have either, must take it by hand and crush it into fine crumbs.

5. From the softened butter and caramel salka we mix the cream (I used a beater for it).

6.Let's set aside a little crumbs from the dough to wrap the balls. Mix the rest thoroughly with the cream and put in the fridge for about 2 hours – when the mass solidifies a little, then the balls will be easier to shape.

7. From the dough we then shape the balls, which we wrap in crumbs. I made two variants – half balls wrapped in crumbs, the other half minced walnuts.

Marbles are grateful candy. In addition to the honeyed ones, the snow-white rafaelo balls will stand out beautifully.
