Two great recipes for juicy grilled burgers

And there's another weekend where barbecues are going to be burning in the gardens. Forget prefabricated fast food burgers and make a great juicy treat. Have the meat washed on them by the butcher, or do it yourself. They'll be a lot better than the mince in the bowl in action.

Burger with bacon

burger-731298_1920Need per 1 serving
1
30g ground beef
slice of hard cheese
Bun
tomato, cucumber, iceberg lettuce
tartar sauce, mustard or ketchup
salt and pepper

How to do it
Roast the ground, knead and make a burger. Leave to rest for half an hour, then put on a hot grill and bake for four minutes from each side. Put on a plate and then salt. Roast the sliced bun on the grill, add a slice of cheese and leave to dissolve. Roast the bacon on the grill. On the bottom, flour a tablespoon of tartar, ketchup or mustard to taste (it can also be a mix). Anyone who doesn't like vegetables can only have meat. Who does, add sliced tomato, salad and sour cucumbers to the slices. On the second part of the bun you can add another layer of tartar, ketchup or mustard.
