Grandma's Delicacy: Strawberry cake with cottage cheese

It's already here. Czech strawberries can finally be bought. Great of them, for example, is our tried and tested cake with cottage cheese. It's delicious and fast, so you can handle it on a weekday. And if you don't like strawberries, you can decorate the cake with whatever you want.

You need: 200 g plain flour, 120 g butter, 70 g icing sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1 pack of cottage cheese, sour cream, strawberries, sugar

How to do it
From flour, sugar, butter and sugar, process the dough, roll it out and spread it in a greased mold so that its sides are covered. Cut off the dough overly. Pierce the bottom in several places with a fork and bake in pink in a preheated oven at 170 °C. Mix the cottage cheese with the cream and sweeten to taste. Alternatively, add a couple of sliced strawberries. Fill the baked, cooled corpus with cottage cheese, drop the strawberry slices and you can also sugar.cake-273906_1280
