Did it also annoy you that the popular nutella and nuggets are ripped off not only on the nut, but also enriched with palm oil, so you don't buy them? But you don't have to give up sweet spreads. Try our recipe.
Chocolate spread isn't dietary, but it's really good on pancakes, pancakes or cookies. It's hard to resist a child and adults. But on closer inspection of most similar products, it is easy to find that there is not much chocolate and nut in it, plus it is mostly with added palm oil. But if you start making its homemade equivalent, you'll only have what you put in it. It won't be cheap, but it's not the branded ones either.
Recipe for homemade nutella
Need
100g hazelnuts
1 can of sweetened condensed milk, but we recommend a dose of our homemade salka
200g dark chocolate without palm oil
3 tablespoons honey (who prefers sweeter, can add)
How to do it
1. Bake the hazelnuts in the oven and then cut them into a paste in the robot.
2. In a bowl, break the chocolate, pour in the homemade salko and add honey. Place the dish on a pot of water so that it does not touch the surface and dissolve the mixture in a water bath to combine.
3. Mix a smooth mass with a whisk, but be careful, water must not boil. Add nuts to the dissolved mixture and mix so that there are no lumps. We prefer rougher, but some pride ourselves on silky consistency.
4. Put the finished spread in a well-winded glass with a lid that will last you three to four weeks. But you'd better just take a clean spoon and a knife out of it. It is also possible to use milk chocolate for production to make the spread sweeter.
