1. The basis of the handbag is a circle cut out of leather or leatherette. Depending on its size, you will have a mini or maxi version. Cut according to the template, for example, folded from newspapers.
2.With punching pliers, make about one and a half to two centimeters from the edge of the circle at the same distances of 12 holes. It's easy to mark a line by trimming the original template.
3. Through the holes stretch the ribbon or leather strap. And you're going to have to do it.
4. When you have already finished the strap with carabiners, it is enough to attach them from the side to the ribbon.
5. Another option is to cut off the strap from the skin with a sharp knife. At the ends, with punching pliers, always make two holes above each other, and at the same distance on the sides of the future handbag. Then you can easily attach the strap with screw-on rods. You can make it long so that the purse can be worn as crossbody.
