I don't know what it is, but on the weekend, our class is hungrier than during the week. I mean, they're home all day, but that doesn't change the fact that I'm being asked to eat more. So I thought I'd share three favorite pizza recipes. It's done in a minute, and a lot of boarders are eating. You can choose based on what you have at home or how much in your wallet. And as a bonus, I also add a recipe for the popular Italian sugo, i.e. tomato sauce, without which pizza can not do with us.

How to do it
From
flour and butter, make a dough and let it rest for a while. Carefully roll it on a round stick on a softened roll. Put mashed tomatoes or sugo on it and decorate with what you love. Before baking, rub the edges with olive oil. Bake until golden brown at 180 °C.

4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

How to do it

tir the yeast in a little lukewarm water, add a pinch of sugar to make the muste. Leave to stand in the heat for half an hour. Add flour, salt, oil and lukewarm water. Work out the dough and divide into four parts. Roll out a half-centimeter round stick on a buttered roll. Put on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Rub with sug or mashed tomatoes and garnish as you like. Bake in a heated oven at 280°C for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.

How to do this
Cut
the potatoes into centimeter wheels and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Salt and pepper and bake for fifteen to twenty minutes at 200 °C. Put ham, onions, sausage on potatoes and topped with grated cheese. Finally, pour everything with an egg mixed with milk. Finally, sprinkle with herbs. Bake for about 15 minutes.

How to do it
Peel the tomatoes, get rid of the kernels and cook in water until soft. Then mix and flavor with salt , add fresh basil and a little olive oil. Leave to cool and then smed as a base for the dough.
