Fresh herbs: green parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary
150 ml of olive oil (e.g. Carbonell Extra Virgin)
50ml wine vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 tsp mustard
2 garlic cloves
1 onion, finely chopped
salt, pepper

w to do it
:1.Mix all herbs, onions and garlic.
2.Whisk the vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper with a whisk.
3.Mix the mixed herbs with the dressing.
4.Add the olive oil and stir.
5.The fragrant dressing is ready.
Pour over the dressing with vegetable salads, but it tastes very good even if you soak white bread in it.
Our tip: Make your dressing in stock. It lasts up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
