recept_porkovy_quiche_jaksiudelat.com.au1. Prepare the dough. Mix the flour and salt, add the sliced butter, yolk and process as quickly as possible. If the dough is too dry, add water after a teaspoon.

2. Wrap the finished dough in food foil and put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

3. Preheat the oven to 180°C and clear the cake form with fat.

4. Roll out the rested dough and transfer to the mould. Squeeze nicely and pierce the bottom thoroughly with a fork. Put baking paper on it and load it with beans or rice. In this way, pre-bake the dough so dry for about 15 minutes. Then take off the paper with the beans and leave to bake for about 5 more minutes.

5. In the meantime, prepare the filling. Roughly grate the cheese, add the sliced ham, cream, eggs and spices to the pieces and mix properly.

6. On the pre-baked dough in the form evenly spread the sliced leeks and pour the cheese mixture. Bake for 35 minutes (still at 180°C) and serve warm best.
