St. Patrick's Day Martina is a delight for gourmets. It has always included a nicely baked goose and st. Martin's rolls filled mostly with nuts, pom pokemo or povidly. Traditions are to be followed, so here's a recipe that everyone can handle. Three ingredients are enough for the dough.

For St. Martin's rolls you need:For
the dough: 400 g plain flour, 250 g hery buttery, 200 g sour cream, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, a pinch of salt
For
the filling: 150 g ground walnuts, 100 g icing sugar, 1 egg white (keep the yolk to rub rolls), a little rum

How

to do it:
Jaksiudelat.cz_svatomartinske_rohlicky1. Mix the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, add the softened, sliced Hera, sour cream and make a smooth dough. Let's get some rest in the fridge for about an hour.

2. In the meantime, we prepare the stuffing – we put this walnut and fill the rest of the rolls with povidly. Mix the ground nuts with sugar, egg white and rum, simply mix with a fork.

3. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll each of them on a wheel with a diameter of about 25 cm. Divide the wheel into eight parts and tangle the rolls – we put the filling on a wide edge, bend the roses inwards so that it does not run away when baking, and roll into the shape of rolls.

4. Rub the rolls with egg yolk and bake for about 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C. After the bake, sugar.

The rolls are great with nuts and povidly (we don't have poo yet) and you definitely don't have to make them just for St. Peter's. Martina.
