Best recipe for hot? A good dose of ice cream. We have three simple recipes for the most popular ice creams for you. For a spout you make a cottage cheese with a taste of legendary spinal cord, strawberry frost and raspberry dream.
You need – 1/2 packet of vanilla sugar, 250 ml of sour cream, 250 g of soft cottage cheese, 100 g of icing sugar

w to do itMix all the ingredients well and put in a box or moulds for pymmy. Put in the freezer and in a few hours you can have a drink.
sYou need –300 g of fresh strawberries, sugar semolina, a little water
How to do it
Mix the strawberries into the marrow, sweeten to taste and, if necessary, water a little. Put in a bowl or mould and leave to freeze. In the same way, you can make marrow from most fruits.
Our tip
Don't you have moulds for sod? Never mind. It is enough small cups, into which you put a wood or a plastic spoon in the mixture.
Ice cream makers can be bought, for example, in Ikea stores for 79 CZK.
You need – 300g raspberries, 100g semolina sugar, 150g icing sugar, 600ml cream for sleading, 700g white yoghurt.
How to do it
Mix the raspberries and sieve through a fine sieve into a saucepan to get rid of the pips. Heat, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Allow the mixture to cool, add the other ingredients gradually and mix well. Put in a bowl or molds and leave to freeze for about 8 hours. Serve with mint leaves.
