Have you decided to start a healthy diet with the new year, and would you like it to taste good? So ae you will throw our two simple recipes for hand-baked crispy muesli, which are great for breakfast and snack. Plus, you know what's in it.
Honey homemade mues
liYou need: a bag of oatmeal, 200 g of unsalted peanuts, 100 g of rozin, unsubered dried fruits (calmly crossed from your own sources, for which you will find a recipe HERE), walnuts or hazelnuts, 3 to four tablespoons of honey
How to do it:
Rinse your raisins with boiling water and allow to dry. Then, along with the other dried fruits, cut them. You can leave the nuts whole. When you have, you can also add almonds or cranberries. But be ware, some fruit is sweetened. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, put the oatmeal and add both fruits and nuts. Mix the mixture and pour in the melted honey. Put in the oven preheated to 180 °C and bake for about 20 minutes. After 5 minutes continuously mix. Muesli should look supirmium and harden after cooling. If you bake it longer, it'll be too hard.
Apple homemade mue
sliYou need: 1 cup apple puree (from 2 larger apples), 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey, cinnamon, 2 cups oatmeal, 1/2 buckwheat, 125 g seeds (sesame, sunflower) nuts, dried cranberries or other fruits
How to
do it:Peel, chop and boil the apples in water, then mix. In a bowl put puree, syrup or honey, add cinnamon. Mix flakes with fruits, seeds, break (if you want), nuts and dried fruits. Add the mixture to the puree, mix and pour on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Put the oven heated to 170°C and bake for 25 minutes. Leave to cool and put in the freezer for an hour. Only then cut the muesli.
