1. First, prepare the vegetables for filling. Cut the zucchini, onion and paprika into cubes, chop the garlic finely. Heat the oil in the pan and fry all the vegetables briefly. Salt and set aside to taste.
2. Then it's the turn of the mushrooms – cut off their legs and peel off the hats. Salt the whole thing, and lightly pepper it from the inside. Then stack the hats on a baking sheet and fill with vegetable mixture. Mix mayonnaise with parmesan and put a gnome on each mushroom. Bake in the oven preheated to 190 °C for approximately 8-12 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
