Do you want to try to bake your own Christmas tree, but you don't know how to tangle all those dough eyes? So try our proven recipe and picture guide to a simple Christmas from nine rollers.
The do
1 kg semi-flour
200g butter
200g semolina sugar
80g yeast
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Milk
100g roziins
100g almonds
How to do it
1Suce wi
2 Divide the dough in half. Divide each half into nine equal parts. Roll out the same long roller from each. First confuse four, then three, and finally two, see the procedure below.
3When compiling a Christmas, you can add nuts between floors. Top with slices of almonds and rub with a whipped egg. To keep your palate from coming down, secure them with skewers. Soak them in water so they don't get burned. Then put in the oven at 150 °C and bake until golden brown.
The lower part of the four strands is not as complex as it looks: Tie the strands with a skewer at the end. Then take the left spring in your hand and unteach it under the second strand from the right (from those strands that remain on the hall, it is actually the middle one). And you repeat this procedure to the end – always unteach the strand from the left side under the currently middle side. The second floor is already a classic braid of three – the extreme strands on the bench are translated into the middle. And now all that's left is to tangle the two strands on the last floor and carefully fold the Christmas tree together.
