If you are organizing a big celebration or family gathering, try to prepare a great gadget for guests – stuffed cheese bread. Just be careful, this little thing is highly addictive!

Need:
1 Italian bread (from white wheat flour, light, fluent inside), loaf length about 30 cm
120g butter
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp chopped onions
2-3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp pouch
3 tsp chopped parsley (you can add more if you want)
350g grated cheese (if you can get one, try, for example, a mix of white cheddar and semi-hard Monterey Jack cheese, which is perfect for roasting)
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
How to:
monatz1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, olive oil, mixed onion, shaky garlic, dijon mustard, pouch and chopped parsley.
2.Make a loaf of bread by crossing the notches deep up to the bottom crust. At the top you will have a sliced grid, but the loaf must stick together.
3. Pour the butter-onion-garlic mixture carefully using a small spoon into the notches and over the top of the bread.
4. Then fill all the loopholes with grated cheese. It's a bit of a, but believe me, in this case, the effort is worth it.
5. Wrap the whole loaf in tinfoil, seal properly from the sides of the side and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then unpack the bread from the package and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese has melted perfectly and become sticky.

Put the finished bread in the middle of the table and the can begin! Always take one piece of the sliced 'grill' with your hand and take out the bread wrapped in delicious melted cheese. You'd better not count calories and just enjoy the perfect harmony of flavors.
P. S. Licking fingers is allowed 🙂
